Julien JOVELET

Julien JOVELET, born in 1983, is European Patent Attorney. He is a graduate engineer of the Institut des Sciences et Techniques de l’Ingénieur of Lyon. He also holds a diploma specializing in patents from the CEIPI (Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle of the Strasbourg law faculty).

After having validated his engineer’s degree (master of sciences degree) in materials and surfaces with a final year research project at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, he began his professional career as a consultant in the financing of Innovation, within a large European consulting firm.

He then joined an interuniversity startup incubator to assist and support innovative technology startup projects valuing intellectual property items created by French public research organizations.

He joined Cabinet Didier Martin in 2015, in which his activities cover all aspects of patent law (drafting patent applications and carrying through procedures up to grant, freedom-of-use searching…) and cover a variety of technical fields such as mechanics and materials

His working languages are French, English, and German.
