Manon LAURENT

Manon LAURENT, born in 1988, is French and European Trademark and Design Attorney. She joined Cabinet Didier Martin in 2010.

She holds a master’s degree in business Law, specialized in Intellectual Property that she obtained from the University Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 and has professional experience in the industrial world and in company legal services. She also has a degree in trademark and design law granted by the CEIPI (Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle of the Strasbourg law faculty).

Her activities within the firm essentially cover trademark and design law, contracts (assignment agreement, license agreement, co-ownership contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.), the issues of unfair competition and managing litigation relating to intellectual property.

She is a member of CNCPI, AIPPI, GRAPI and APRAM.
